• If a bet is cancelled due to a network disconnection during live betting, a full refund will be issued.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• Attempting to exploit erroneous odds may result in account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jeetwaya:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity
• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair betting advantage
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members
• Attempting to steal platform data or gain unauthorized access

Jeetwaya reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If false information is provided during the verification process
• If suspicious transactions or activity are detected
• If you wish to close your account via self-exclusion

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance and winnings earned prior to bonus application will be refunded.
